2. We are unable to assign a writer to your order.
3. If the order is late, you may cancel it. In such cases, you forfeit all rights to use any material delivered during the order process, and the writer ceases work on the paper. This condition does not apply to revisions.
4. A substantial level of plagiarism (exceeding 10%) is detected, accompanied by an official plagiarism report.
5. The research is off-topic or does not meet the client’s clearly stated requirements in the order description. Such cases fall under the jurisdiction of the Quality Assurance Department (QAD).

If you are dissatisfied with the overall quality of your paper, you may request a partial or full refund. All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis to ensure flexibility, as each paper is unique. In such instances, your paper will be reviewed by our independent Quality Assurance Department (QAD) for grading and proofreading.

Refund requests must be submitted within:

• 14 days of the deadline for papers under 30 pages.
• 30 days of the deadline for papers over 30 pages.

The evaluation process by QAD typically takes up to 48 hours. During this time, the percentage of incorrect content will be calculated to determine the appropriate refund amount.

Cancellation and Refund Amount

If you cancel your order after a writer has been assigned, the completed draft will be requested from the writer (delivered within 3 hours of your request). The refund amount will be determined based on the level of completion of the draft.

Along with the refund, you will receive the unfinished paper written up to the time of your cancellation request. Refund percentages are determined individually for each order.

Conditions for Full Refunds

• If you request a full refund, you forfeit the right to use any materials provided during the order. These materials become the property of our company and may be published online for commercial purposes. This ensures the protection of our writers’ work when refunds are issued for completed papers.
• Published materials may appear as samples or be indexed by search engines, linking back to our website. We do not maintain an essay database.

Please note that changes to initial instructions are not permitted once a writer has been assigned. If changes are requested, we reserve the right to decide whether to accommodate them.

VAT and Refunds

If you reside within the European Union and have paid VAT during the payment process, the VAT amount is non-refundable. Refunds only cover the original price stated on our website, excluding VAT.
